Well its of course Weigh in Wednesday and the cruel scale was good to me this week!!
I lost....... 4 pounds! So that brings my official weight loss to 36 lbs since Dec. 28th! So happy! I feel sooo much better health wise and mental wise!
Next week I'm going to try for 3 lbs to get out of the 170's! that would be sooo awesome!
